In the autumn of 2003, a treasure pot of valuables dating from the Roman period was found by archaeologists in the Slovenian village of Drnovo.

The treasure trove is now on view in a National Museum exhibition telling stories of ancient treasure troves, Slovenian legends, natural science and technical research, conservation and restoration interventions, and more.
